Exposure limits per shift
Time on graphic queues is capped per shift and tracked by the platform, not by memory.
Blur and grayscale by default
Every image and video opens blurred and in grayscale. The moderator decides how much to reveal, and audio is muted until they choose to play it.
Scheduled breaks
Breaks are part of the schedule and counted in the team sizing, so nobody has to choose between a break and the SLA.
Access to psychological support
Every moderator has access to confidential psychological support, during employment and after leaving a team.
The right to opt out
Moderators choose the categories they are willing to review. Graphic, adult and child safety queues are staffed only by people who opted in and can opt out.
Adults only
Every moderator is 18 or older, with identity and age verified before any work.
Wellbeing is also quality
Tired, overexposed reviewers make inconsistent decisions. Rotation, limits and breaks show up in QA agreement rates, and they keep experienced moderators on your account longer.
