An audit log you own
Who opened what, who decided what, under which policy version and when. The log is exportable and retained for 30 days on Starter, 1 year on Growth and 3 years on Scale, or as agreed for managed moderation.

We use a hosting provider in the EU or the US, an email delivery provider, a payment operator and AI model providers for scoring. Categories, locations and safeguards are listed in the DPA. Security questionnaires go to support@moderators.net.
