The plan builder estimates the retainer from five inputs: platform type, content types, daily volume, languages and the SLA with coverage hours. It applies the AI share per content type, throughput per moderator hour, occupancy, shift length, coverage and weekend multipliers, team leads and QA reviewers, and a rate by language group. You see the team size and a monthly range before you create an account.
Yes, with the plan builder. It gives you one moderation plan without an account, and up to 3 full plans after you sign up. Every Platform plan itself is a paid subscription.
The dashboard shows usage against your monthly limit. When you need more, you move to the next plan. Nothing is billed per item on top of the plan.
Yes. Yearly billing costs half of the monthly price per month and renews each year. You can change billing at renewal.
Monthly, by invoice, in advance for the agreed team and coverage. Volume changes are agreed before the next period.
