What we look for
- You are 18 or older. We verify identity and age before any work.
- Native level fluency in at least one language, and good English
- Careful reading and consistent judgement
- A quiet, private place to work and a reliable connection
- Availability for regular shifts, including some evenings or weekends
How we protect moderators
Rotation off graphic queues, exposure limits per shift, blur and grayscale by default, scheduled breaks, access to confidential psychological support and the right to opt out of categories. Graphic and adult queues are only for people who choose them. Read our wellbeing commitments.

A short assessment on realistic cases for the queues you selected.

Verification and training
Identity and age verification, confidentiality agreement and training on the client's policy before your first shift.
