What remote moderation looks like day to day
You log in to the moderation platform at the start of your shift and work the queues you are trained for. Items open blurred and in grayscale. A team lead is online on every shift, and QA feedback arrives every week.
Your schedule
Shifts are planned in advance around your availability. Breaks are scheduled and counted in the team plan.
Requirements for remote moderators
- 18 or older, with identity and age verified
- Native level fluency in at least one language, and good English
- A private workspace and a reliable connection
- Availability for regular shifts each week
Remote does not mean alone
