No fixed minimum. The plan builder sizes teams from one moderator per shift per language. Very small volumes usually fit a Platform plan better than a managed team.

AI scores every item. Clear cases above thresholds you approve close automatically, clearly safe items pass, and everything uncertain goes to a person. The weekly report shows the split.

We staff by language. The plan builder lists the languages we size teams for, and each language gets at least one native level moderator per shift.

You own it. We turn it into a decision tree with examples, flag gaps and propose wording, and you approve every change.

Appeals go to a different reviewer than the first decision, with the original context. The outcome and the reason are logged and can be sent to the user as a statement of reasons.

Threats to life, child safety signals and legal requests follow an escalation matrix agreed before launch, with senior reviewers on every shift and named contacts on your side.

Yes, with specialised reviewers who opted in, wellbeing measures on every shift and escalation paths for illegal content. Content involving minors is escalated and reported according to the law and your policy.

In the EU or the US, as you choose. Content is processed only to moderate it, under our data processing agreement.

Notice and action intake, statements of reasons, internal appeals and transparency data are part of the standard process. Which obligations apply to you is a question for your counsel.

Platform plans cost $199, $599 or $1,499 a month, or half that per month billed yearly. Managed moderation is a monthly retainer estimated by the plan builder from your volume, languages and coverage.
